Guidelines for oral presenter

Plenary speaker – presentation time – 40 min (+ 5 min discussion)
Invited speaker – presentation time – 20 min (+ 5 min discussion)
Oral presentation – presentation time – 10 min (+ 5 min discussion)

The prestation in Power Point MUST be sent prior the conference to email :
electrospin2024@agh.edu.pl

Follow the coding to name the files with your presentation

First name_secondname_sesssion-numner according to the plan_Wed/Thu or Fr (select the day of your presentation)

Example:Daniel_Ura-1_Wed

There will be last minute possibility to uploaded the presentation day before during the breaks via the extremal drive or memory stick.

Attention: Due to the tight schedule of the conference the presentations from own laptops are not possible.
